As your massage therapist, I work to ensure that your experience in my practice is as comfortable and informed as possible. Use this website as a resource for information about my services, as well as my background.

To get you started, I will provide a short run through of how I made it to this profession. I have had a lifelong curiosity about the inner workings of the human body. This interest led me to originally discover the movement education field. After finding my way to the Alexander Technique, through my love of dance. I was drawn to help others feel freedom and ease within themselves as well.

To share this art and expand my knowledge, I completed a Swedish Massage training at the Universal College of Healing Arts. My natural ability to understand what our bodies need became deeper and more refined. Later adding CranioSacral and Lymph Drainage therapy to my practice deepened that connection even further. I am always exploring new information and modalities so that I can use my tools more effectively with my clients.
